Getting Ink: Wootown Club President Tom Davidson featured in Zymurgy

     The September/October 2006 issue of the nationally distributed magazine for homebrewers, Zymurgy, includes an article titled "Brewing Up a Conference Beer" by Drew Beechum.

     The article focuses on the various beers brewed over the years for the National Homebrewers Conferences, and makes special mention of the 2005 conference in Baltimore.

     During that conference, the Wootown Brewers very own Tom Davidson and the Free State Homebrewers Club Guild brewed up two tasty brews: Old Curmudgeon Barleywine and Back River Brown Ale.

     Recipes adapted to 5-gallon yields for both brews appear in the magazine as well.
