March 2007 Meeting - Group Brew
On Saturday, March 31, 2007, the Wootown Brewers met for a March group brew at the house of Lloyd and Ruth Snyder. Lloyd and Ruth serve as Vice President/Treasurer and Secretary of Wootown, respectively, and live in White Hall, MD.
The brew started at 9 a.m. when the hot liquor tanks were fired up. It was a cold morning that thankfully warmed during the afternoon. Members of Wootown brought a number of great dishes to share and participated in the brewing of 90 gallons of Wootown Dunkelweisen. The recipe was created by President Tom Davidson.
Every thing seemed to go quite well during the course of the brew, and everyone went home full.
Wootown would like to thank Lloyd and Ruth for their hospitality and generosity in hosting the brew.
